Terms & Conditions

1 - ParkSure reserve the right to change product manufacturer at any time and without prior notice.
2 - If you (the customer) decide to cancel your order we require 24 hours notice. 
3 - If you (the customer) decide to cancel your order and an installer is in attendance, then a callout fee of £25 will be charged. This will be administered separately by ParkSure administrators. 
4 - Any orders requiring colour coding will be required to make a 15% deposit to cover the paint costs if the customer cancels.
5 - If a warranty is provided by ParkSure it is simply as a gesture of goodwill and to ensure good customer service. ParkSure reserve the right to void any warranty without prejudice if all attempts to rectify an issue have been exhausted or if interference with the product other than ParkSure is evident. Not all installations carry this warranty. 
6 - ParkSure will not be held responsible if an installation date is not able to be kept. You will be notified beforehand to make another suitable date.
7 - Prices are NOT subject to negotiation. They are quoted fairy depending on product required, vehicle type and location.
8 - It is our policy that any damages to your vehicle or property must be reported in writing within 48hrs after installation.
9 - Only parking sensors supplied by ParkSure are covered for a year under manufacturer's warranty for failure or damage not caused by the customer or any third party. Repairs and replacements are possible after the warranty expiration date at cost to the customer.
10 - ParkSure Solutions Ltd reserve the right to use photographs of any vehicle that has been fitted with parking sensors by the company for the use of advertising purposes only. ParkSure will not display registration numbers, persons or anything that will infringe the safety of property or persons in these photographs.
